Beko Appliance Partners proud to become a Key Partner of The UK Apartment Association (UKAA)

Beko Appliance Partners are delighted to announce our collaboration with The UK Apartment Association (UKAA), supporting the organisation with their ambition to make Build to Rent an industry choice for property professionals and a lifestyle of choice for customers.
Founded in 2016, the UKAA is the leading association for the rapidly-growing UK Build to Rent community. The organisation’s aim is to further professionalise and improve the service delivery of the UK residential sector by sharing information, enhancing best practice and raising standards to benefit customers.
Having been a member of the UKAA for a number of years, Beko Appliance Partners are excited that we have recently strengthened our collaboration with the organisation by becoming a Key Partner. We look forward to offering our experience and expertise as a specialist supplier of appliance solutions to the Build to Rent sector. Our team of Specification Managers understand the unique considerations and requirements of the rental market, having supplied appliances for a variety of projects across the UK, and are able to offer tailored solutions which provide the best possible fit for both developers and their residents.
Beko Appliance Partners’ Specification Manager, Mike Beech, comments: “We have a longstanding affiliation with the UKAA, and we are looking forward to building on this relationship with our new Key Partner status. We have a wealth of experience in the Build to Rent market and are keen to support the UKAA with their efforts to enhance best practice within this sector.

The UKAA currently has around 310 members and is growing at a rate of 30% each year. Members comprise leading investors, operators, advisors and suppliers operating in the Build to Rent sector today.
Beko Appliance Partners will be attending the UKAA’s BTR Expo on Thursday 20th April at the Business Design Centre in London. Specification Managers Mike Beech and John Grimes will be on hand to offer advice on the most suitable appliance solutions for Build to Rent projects, showcasing our range of Grundig and Beko appliances which continue to prove popular with both developers and residents alike.
