The Beko Appliance Partners team was delighted to join industry leaders, housebuilders, developers and suppliers at the 2025 WhatHouse? Awards, one of the most prestigious events in the UK new homes calendar. As long-standing supporters of the awards, it was a pleasure to come together once again to celebrate the very best in residential development and innovation across the sector.

This year, we were proud to sponsor the Best Apartment Scheme category, which recognises exceptional multi-unit developments that set new standards in design, placemaking, sustainability and resident experience. The competition was particularly strong, reflecting the ambition and creativity shaping apartment-led housing across the country.

Our warmest congratulations go to Quintain Living, who received the Gold Award for their outstanding Luna build-to-rent development at Wembley Park. Luna offers contemporary homes supported by standout amenities, thoughtfully designed social spaces and a premium resident experience. It is a brilliant example of what modern BTR living can be, and we look forward to seeing what comes next from such an innovative and forward-thinking developer.

Congratulations also to the other winners in this category: Places for People and Balfour Beatty Investments, who achieved Silver for their East Wick + Sweetwater development in Hackney; Berkeley Group, who received Bronze for Oval Village in South London; and Chalegrove Properties, also awarded Bronze for One Thames Quay in Canary Wharf. Each of these schemes demonstrated impressive vision and a commitment to raising standards across apartment-led development.

Supporting this category aligns closely with our mission at Beko Appliance Partners. We are proud to work alongside build-to-rent and multi-unit developers by providing trusted, scalable appliance solutions, dedicated account management and reliable national service teams that ensure developments run smoothly from installation through to ongoing aftercare.

As highlighted in our pre-event announcement, the WhatHouse? Awards remain a standout moment in the housebuilding calendar, offering valuable opportunities to reconnect with partners, celebrate achievements and reflect on the progress being made across the sector. This year’s ceremony was no exception, delivering an inspiring showcase of quality, ambition and industry collaboration.

We would like to thank everyone who joined us on the day, from developers and contractors to designers, consultants and supply-chain partners. It was a fantastic evening and a reminder of the shared commitment that drives our industry forward. We look forward to building on the conversations from the event and continuing to support the sector with the appliance expertise, solutions and service it needs to deliver high-quality homes at scale.
