Introducing our new National Contracts Manager, Katie O’Shea

We’re delighted to announce the promotion of Katie O’Shea to National Contracts Manager.

In her new role, Katie will be building even closer partnerships with housebuilders and developers across the UK, helping to deliver the right appliance solutions for every project. Here, Katie reflects on her career journey so far, her passion for the sector, and what’s next for the business as we move towards 2026.

From supply chain to specification leadership

With over 20 years in the appliance industry, Katie’s career has spanned supply chain, aftercare, and sales before moving into specification management. This broad background has given her a complete understanding of the customer journey, from manufacturing and delivery through to aftercare and long-term reliability.

“Customer satisfaction isn’t just about what you sell; it’s about how you support people every step of the way,” she explains.

Now leading a dedicated specification team, she supports developers, housebuilders, and architects in choosing the right appliances for projects of every size from large-scale Build-to-Rent developments to smaller housing association schemes.
